About week 3

Week 3 features flavorful standby ingredients - things that add so much to a dish and stay fresh for a long time, when properly stored.  Don't be afraid of ingredients like fish sauce and curry powder - try them in these dishes and you will taste how amazing they can be when paired up correctly in the right recipe.

You will also notice this week that there is more info on swaps and options. I always recommend trying a recipe as it's written first, then making your own tweaks, but for some of this week's recipes, there are options that work great that I wanted to share!
